At Natural Spirit Fossils & Gems, every piece we offer is unique and naturally formed. Because of this, we take great care to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.
Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the delicate and natural nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned:
• Fossils, minerals, and crystals that show any sign of use, alteration, or damage.
• Custom or personalized orders.
• Gift cards and promotional items.
• Sale or clearance items.
• Digital or downloadable products.
We do not accept returns on items that have been damaged due to mishandling or improper care after delivery.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
• Any item not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any return requested more than 14 days after delivery (if approved by management).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming we have received your item.
You will then be notified whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1. Check your bank or PayPal account again.
2. Contact your credit card company—it may take a few days before your refund appears.
3. Contact your bank, as there is often a short processing delay.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
